Fine artist studios in Mabgate. Located on third floor, above Billions lounge, FiiK also has its own project and exhibition space. Entrance located behind the back through green door.

FiiK currently houses local art collective LAX, comprising of artists Oliver Getley, Wes Foster, Henry Cottam, Jenny Handley, Sydney Gilbride, Jack Pell, Mia Mai Symonds, Benjamin Barra and K Walker.
