Hi, I’m Amy a Leeds yoga teacher and I would love you to join me for 90 minutes of chair yoga where we will drop into our natural relaxed state and find our joy. Amy is part of Yoga Heroes:

At Yoga Hero, we put a focus on feeling  fit and fabulous through yoga.We really believe yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind; as such we run classes for beginners to boffins, regular beginners and improvers workshops as well as ‘Introduction to Yoga courses’.

Pricing: pay as you feel – free, or option to make a donation.

Open to anyone to attend, but we particularly encourage older people, unpaid carers and those on lower incomes to join us.
