Gather with Leeds Sanctuary and local artist and historian, Clifford Stead, to explore the history of conflict and peacebuilding in the city of Leeds.
In honour of International Peace Day, we will be curating a relaxed, creative environment where you can learn what the history of Leeds has to tell us in our divided world.
We'll be meeting in Nelson Mandela Gardens in Leeds city centre at 5.30pm on Tuesday 23 September. No prior experience or knowledge of either history or sketching is required, and we'll provide you with a sketchbook and pencil!

There will be opportunities at this event to make a donation, but should you wish to do this now, please visit our website.
