Bee Wilson is a British food writer and journalist of over 20 years. She currently writes the Table Talk column for The Wall Street Journal. Her recipe book The Secret of Cooking (2023, Harper Collins) digs deep into simplified cooking and making life easy in the kitchen. Her other books, including Consider the Fork and First Bite, reflect her interest in how food relates to all aspects of human life.
