Join us for an evening on dance, movement, art and video installation. This is our second event.
This event at Yorkshire Dance will include two movement based workshops, exhibited video installation work, dance and performance from mentioned artists, as well as opportunities for attending artists to respond to work and happenings using life drawing, and written response.
We welcome those coming for the performance and exhibited video work to stay and participate in the workshops, be that directly as a participant, or feel free to observe, write in response, draw. Creative responses are encouraged as this curatorial event intends to allow attendees to get as much from the event creatively as possible.
Across the second hour of the event we will introduce contemporary dance, dance performances from those with a background in the drag gogo scene, fine art performance and more.
This is a sober event, please be mindful of this when entering the space. There is a lift for accessibility in the venue, and gender inclusive toilets available.
These workshops aim to be accomodating and include variation for those with physical disabilities, and limitations. If you have any questions please get in touch via serenoakley@hotmail.com
