Leeds is obsessed with all things Monopoly this summer but we know there was more to Waddingtons than Monopoly and there's much more to the Leeds board games scene. So much more!

On 8th September Cards or Die is running a special one-off event at Hyde Park Book Club as part of Leeds Civic Trust Heritage week.

We're bringing you an evening of Waddingtons' board games and the chance to play games that are often behind glass in museums. You could reminisce with a childhood favourite or discover an unknown classic.  

I'll also be bringing along some games designed by local designers - experience the past and future of Leeds boardgaming in one night!

Solo players are always very welcome.
