Leeds Sauce is a creation by Popeye Collective, who encourage conversations over food as a catalyst for new culture, inspired by plant-based food systems.  The collective is led by Freddie Yauner, Ed Blake and Kiran Gill.

This event is part of Compass Festival, a whole month of interactive art across Leeds, unfolding 1–30 November 2024.
