Join Jess, to learn climbs, inverts, locks and stunning shapes on the aerial silks.
Aerial Silks are one of the most beautiful forms of aerial arts, and although challenging at times, the strength and confidence gained is like no other.
This class is perfect for complete beginners or those with some aerial silks experience. All shapes will be accessible from the ground with the option to take it to the air when you feel ready. We will focus on skills such as single & double foot locks, hip locks, catchers and more.

The classes will take place in our ground floor area which is fully accessible with access to toilets. Aerial is a physically demanding skill however we will do everything we can to remove any barriers that individuals who wish to access the classes.
