As a part of their signature programme, LEEDS 2023 are working with 33 Neighbourhood Hosts to create a mini-festival in every ward across the city. Over the last two months, they have received over 400 applications for the Community Grants, and they’re reopening the scheme for six wards that have received less applications than others.

If you’re based in Alwoodley, Chapel Allerton, Garforth & Swillington, Kippax & Methley, Kirkstall or Rothwell, and you have something creative or cultural to share with your community, don’t hesitate to apply.

Applications are open until Monday 1 May at midday. If you have already applied for one of these wards, you do not need to apply again.

Taking place in parks, village halls, high streets and shopping centres, MY LEEDS Summer will shine a light on the creativity found on our doorsteps and Leeds’ amazing communities.

Find out more information about the project and details on applications here: My LEEDS Summer: Community Grant Call Out (Re-Opened: Round 3) - LEEDS 2023.
