When you look at the range of events for this year's Leeds Print Festival its hard to believe it's only in its fourth year. Rather than resting on its laurels the festival has evolved its programme with each iteration, making space for a growing audience that's eager to get its mitts on print in all its forms; from traditional to contemporary printmaking.

We were pleased to hear that the Chris Dobrowolski exhibition at &Model gallery has been extended to this Saturday. We popped in a couple of weeks ago and were mesmerised by Dobrowolski's miniature worlds that explore travel and distance. For more information about the exhibition and the artist visit the &Model website.

This film is a great reminder of the mesmerising Ghost Peloton and its hypnotic soundtrack. The night-time performance brought together a cast of dancers and illuminated cyclists in the centre of Leeds as part of Yorkshire Festival's Tour de France celebrations.

Last week we popped into Scrap Leeds, a treasure trove of recycled resources for art and creative play based in Farsley's historic Sunny Bank Mills. This is a shop where you can't help spending hours rooting through boxes of old buttons, rummaging through reams of fabric remnants and contemplating the best use for a job lot of discarded circuit boards.
