Join Ella Young to enjoy a journey into a yin energy, and the deep state of ‘rest and digest’.

Stress and anxiety are two different responses from the body which both stem from an imbalance in the nervous system. When we cool off, calm our overactive mind, and connect to our inner world, we provide the opportunity to meet ourselves in the present moment.

Together we will sync body and mind to feel more centred, directing our focus to the breath, and moving through excess energy. 

Our yin postures will act as a tool to access stored emotions that can be causing tensions inside. We'll explore our mental and energetic blockages - allowing ourselves to feel what arises and then letting go.

We will create space to assimilate all of the experiences over the past few days/weeks/months… cultivating a sense of shedding to create complete safety and stability.
