Pregnancy Yoga is a fabulous form of exercise for mums-to-be that comes highly recommended by medical professionals after the 14th week of your pregnancy.
Pregnancy Yoga classes help to prepare and support the body and mind for the many physical and emotional changes that can be expected through pregnancy, labour and beyond into motherhood, helping you to develop inner confidence and strength physically and emotionally as you prepare to be a mum.
In these classes we work with varied yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques designed specifically for Pregnancy. The physical practice helps to promote inner strength and balance whilst maintaining openness and flexibility. The breathing practices help to develop an awareness of the power of your breath and the connection between your body and your baby. Meditation, visualisation, relaxation and sound techniques help to relax and ground you soothing away anxieties or fear.
Pregnancy yoga classes give you the chance to practice with other mums-to-be in an informal and supportive environment providing a safe space to share your thoughts and fears.

Supportive, highly experienced and inspirational teachers to guide you through your practice providing a range of alternatives to suit where you are in your Pregnancy and any health issues or concerns you may have
Doula expertise – Expect more then just Pregnancy Yoga. Our classes include lots of tried and tested breathing techniques, sensation management techniques, active labour positions gleaned from previous client feedback and Doula experience, all of this is weaved into our classes. Providing you with a toolkit of beneficial practices that can be utilised throughout pregnancy, in labour and beyond into motherhood.
An environment dedicated to supporting your own personal Pregnancy Yoga journey.
Lots of fun trying out new practices and making new friends.
By joining us for an online class you are showing your support in the hope that Yoga Kula can power through this time and move back to normality one day. We would greatly appreciate it if you could spread the word amongst your own friends and family too.
Online classes will be serviced via Zoom. All participants will receive an email with information on how to join the class up to one hour before the class begins.
