This workshop is designed to help you unlock the full potential of your hips, promoting a better posture and mindset for life beyond the mat!
Beginning with slow movement we’ll soften into the many muscles at work in the hip joint. This slow opening helps us release physical and emotional tension that manifests within the hips. Moving into a dynamic flow we’ll work through strong asana designed to help strengthen the hip muscles, which are so important for healthy posture. Come and give your hips a little therapy with an equal focus on both strength and flexibility!

With an equal focus on strength and flexibility, Kirsty turns to yoga to heal both mind & body. Feeling the call to teach Kirsty graduated in 200H Vinyasa Flow at Yoga Hero and has enjoyed connecting with students from a range of backgrounds from desk dwellers to surf seekers and all the yogi’s in-between!
