Valentine Roller Skate Party
15 Feb 2020 7pm
Age 16+ This was our biggest event in 2019 and we thought it wouldn't ever be repeated. Thankfully, we have managed to win over the manager at the Corn Exchange and even convinced him to extend the event from 7pm - midnight for next year! We have our best gal DJ Rae (Now Mama Rae) on the decks, spinning a selection of our favourite tunes.
Humpit will be serving snacks and drinks. Ground Up Coffee will be serving a selection of hot and cold drinks. Keep an eye on the FaceBook event page for food and drink offers as we confirm them! Proof of age may be required to purchase alcoholic drinks if you are lucky enough to look younger than 25.
We chose Valentine's weekend as our day to celebrate as we achieved company status on Valentine's Day! We are a Community Interest Company - supporting anyone to get rolling. We believe roller skating can improve your self esteem and general wellbeing, and it is particularly powerful for improving mental health.
Early bird tickets now available until the end of October, so grab your Valentine or Galentine and book soon! Early bird £15 (full price £20) Skate hire £3
Please check times with event organiser for any last minute changes.
Early Bird tickets available until 31st October 2019 If you require roller skate hire, you must book a separate ticket for this.
Terms and Conditions of booking:
*Tickets are non-refundable and we cannot exchange or transfer tickets to any other class or event.
*If you require hire skates you *must* book a separate skate hire ticket. We are expecting our skate hire to be fully booked.
*If we suspect you are intoxicated, we will not give you roller skates. If you have skates on, we will ask you to remove them. No refund will be given.

*We pride ourselves on providing a safe space at all our events for everyone so have created a Respect policy. If you are at one of our events and do not feel safe, please tell one of our crew members as soon as you can. We will always deal with disclosures of this nature discreetly. If we assess the situation and feel there is cause for concern or there is disrespectful behaviour, we may ask the other party to leave. No refunds will be given in this instance. Please treat everyone with respect, and we will have no problems!
Wheelchair access can be found via Cloth Hall Street, on the right hand side of the building, and there is a lift that serves all floors.
