East Street Arts delivers an adult learning programme and offers a series of short creative courses throughout the year. 

Exploring two different creative disciplines, this course is perfect if you want to develop a variety of skills.

Level: beginners and those with some previous experience

Term two: 
Wednesday 16 January - Wednesday 27 March 2019 
No session on Wednesday 20 February 2019

On this course, you’ll:
• embroider, cross stitch, felt and create fabric collages,
• explore the history of craft across cultures,
• use your own photographs as inspiration for work on individual panels inspired by the Leeds Art Gallery collection,
• create work using your own ideas and designs,
make individual pieces to take home.

The courses are open to adults aged 19 and above and adults with disabilities aged 25 and above. All of the courses last 10 weeks.
