Lie down, close your eyes and prepare yourself for an immersive ritual-based evening of self-care that will evoke the senses of sound, touch, taste and scent. This workshop includes an hour-long, private, guided visualisation session you’ll experience through headphones, followed by a 30-minute group coming-together for holding, nurturing and sharing. This project is developed and presented jointly with Nwando's longtime collaborator Wennefer, aka Jennifer Muteteli, a movement-centred deviser-director who creates performance-based live art.
