During this Reset.Restart session we will explore what it means to supply into a major retailer in the post covid landscape. We will look at the challenges and opportunities that have evolved from these unprecedented times.If you would like to get your product listed into a major UK retailer and develop a long term mutually beneficial relationship, this is the workshop for you. You might be already be listed and want to know how to grow and develop your relationships? Using a blend of tried and tested category management, commercial and insight driven techniques, we will work together to make every moment with your retail contact count. It’s tough out there but with the right focus you can get your product on the right shelf in the right store (and make sure it stays there!).

During this session, Helen will take you through the challenges you may face in this new normal along with looking at the opportunities you have to pivot and change your story. Is your product and brand still relevant, what changes do you need to make to your story to ensure success?
