Tribe Arts and The Centre for Culture and Humanities at Leeds Beckett University presents...
In the run up to our live show (made to mark 75 years since the Partition of India) Tribe Talks: Partition @ 75, we invite you to share in our story of the making of a special long-form spoken word film, asking: why is Partition still relevant to British Asians' today?
The event will feature a Q&A with the creative team, with a chance for audiences to find out about the creation process, the historical influences, stories and contexts covered in the film, as well as the wider programme of Tribe Talks and the live show happening at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds on 16th March 2024.
We are expecting high demand for tickets, so please book in good time; if you cannot attend for any reason, please let us know so we can offer the tickets to others.
Location: The Rose Bowl, Room RB437 / Drinks reception 5.30pm for a 6pm start.
Attendees to this screening are eligible for a discounted rate to the live show - please get in touch if you want to take up this offer and a promo code will be supplied following the screening event
