Motion is a series of concerts which aims to provide a space for improvised performance across multiple disciplines, including (but not limited to): music, dance, physical theatre and performance art.

Come to see performers take dives into the depths of the unknown; voyage into creative waters unchartered; journey into the outer regions of imagination, to find new sounds, spaces, movements and forms.

Tora Hed: to swim inside soft bones

This work is an evaluation and emotional outlet of an on-going project that started in 2018 in Leeds. In this project I spent time dancing and connecting with people living with dementia in care homes across Yorkshire.

With this work I want to celebrate the sensation of slowing down time. By exploring this feeling myself, I invite the spectators to share a space in which we can re-appreciate a thick simplicity and togetherness.
