Join Jess for this 4 week course delving deep into splits world! Within each week, we will move through a full body flow to warm the whole body & open key areas such as hips and hamstrings. You will build your repertoire of targeted stretches and drills to build stability, flexibility and ensure consistency within your splits practise. Ending each session with an exploration of the many variations of splits to suit you wherever you are on your splits journey!
