Introduction to Animation
12 Aug 2019 & 19 Aug 2019
Like telling stories? Ever wanted to try animation?
Make an animation with Leeds Animation Workshop!
Sign up to this free workshop with Leeds Animation Workshop, a co-op set up in 1978 and run by women. Together we will learn the basics of animation and put together some stories about living in Beeston, trying out different techniques to bring your story to life.
No need to be able to draw! You can make animated films out of anything! There will be lots of different material on hand, and people to support and speed up the process. Over the course of two sessions you will get the chance to get hands on and make a short animated film with the group.
Come to both sessions or just one. (12th and 19th of August, both 13.00 - 17.00)
Open to ages 16+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome.
