Kirkstall Abbey

Join us for a reflective walk led by Brahma Kumaris around the Kirkstall Abbey grounds.

We meet in the Colonel North room at Kirkstall Abbey Visitor Centre where we begin with a guided meditation. This is followed by a walk round the Abbey with a theme to reflect on and then back to the Visitor Centre for a final meditation.

Part of the Kirkstall Abbey Mindfulness, Wellbeing & Spirituality Festival 2019.

Organised in collaboration with Leeds Mindfulness & Positive Emotion Enhancement Centre www.leeds-mindfulness.uk

This event is free and no need to book, just turn up.

Wheelchair Access

The visitor centre is fully accessible and so are most of the grounds. Please note that Kirkstall Abbey is a heritage site and some areas of the grounds are cobbled and/or uneven.
