Yoga Kula Leeds

Suite 2a, Chapel Allerton House, 114 Harrogate Road, Leeds, LS7 4NY

Go deeper into mantra and inner enquiry with Tantra Yoga Meditation Teacher Zeenat Cameron for a session of:

• Meditation
• Mantra
• Pranayama
• Chanting
• Wisdom
• Yoga philosophy

You'll leave feeling empowered, informed, and equipped with new practices to truly delve into the roots of yoga.

During the workshop, you'll learn about the early roots of yoga in the Vedic tradition, and more about what the Vedas are.

Sit back, relax, and let Zeenat read you stories and poems from the Upanishads (the mystical portion of the Vedas)to inspire your own practice and help you feel connected to and guided by the deep roots of the yoga tradition.

Veda means ‘knowledge', and in the Vedas we find the distant roots of many of yoga’s current ideas and practices, such as:

- The concept of prana (life force energy)
- Harnessing of the prana (pranayama)
- Chakras
- Mantra
- Meditation
