Body & Breath is a dance class without music. A chance to tune in more with your own rhythm, and the rhythm of your environment, to wake up gently into movement.
Each class is 45 minutes long, and we follow the "5Rhythms" structure, to explore different styles and flavours of movement.
Guided by accredited 5Rhythms movement teacher Ben Deutsch, each class is a unique experience, co-created in the moment.
This online class might be for you if:
- You want to spend more time listening to your body
- You want to follow your own pace
- You need some time to let your mind settle
- You value quiet interactions
No dance or movement experience is required. Book online, at least an hour before the class is due to start. Ben will email you the Zoom link to join the class.
After we receive your booking, we will send you an email with the link to join the class.
Class is taught in English. Subtitles are available.The pace of the class is relaxed, and the speed will be adapted to suit participants.The styles of movement are suitable for all bodies.
