During the four week course you will study the fundamentals of a yoga practice which you can continue to build upon in the classes on our timetable, during one to one sessions, or at home.
The course will cover -
– Warming up postures and how to link movement and breath
– The sequence of a sun salutation, with good alignment for your body
– Common standing and seated postures, and modifying them to suit your needs
– Building confidence to practice yoga in a class or at home
