Whether you want to learn to perform the splits, get your foot to your head, or just increase all-round mobility for day to day life, come along to find your flexy potential and have a laugh with others along the way! Our Back to Basics Stretch classes are designed with a well-rounded approach to flexibility, including mobility work, active drills, strengthening and funky floor shapes for the most efficient and enjoyable approach to progression.
