Art, Tea + History at Roundhay Park

Hosted by The English Art Co. and The Garden Room at The Mansion - back with new taster sessions for 2020.
A tour of Art Roundhay Park, to learn about our artists, a cup of tea and a slice of cake at The Garden Room, whilst historian Joy Mitchell-Kardasz, talks about the history of Roundhay Park.

3.30pm: A guided tour of Art Roundhay Park at The Mansion Conservatory to learn about our local artists;
4.00pm: Cup of tea and slice of cake in The Garden Room at The Mansion;
4.15pm: The history of Roundhay Park: An enlightening talk by our local Blue Badge Guide, Joy Mitchell-Kardasz, who lives locally to Roundhay and is passionate about our park and its history.
The exhibition and gallery shop is open daily 10am to 4pm daily.

Exhibition & Gallery Shop 10am - 4pm daily. The Mansion Conservatory, Roundhay Park, Mansion Lane, Leeds, LS8 2HH. The Mansion Conservatory is at the end of Mansion Lane, to the right hand side of The Mansion itself. The event will be signposted from here. Public Transport Roundhay park is easily accessible by bus from Leeds City Centre using 2 or 12 bus routes. It’s just a short walk along Princes Ave, before turning right or left down Mansion Lane (which is opposite Tropical World). Car Parks There is Free car parking behind the Roundhay Fox pub off Mansion Lane and at the end of Mansion Lane by the Mansion House. There will also be parking available on Mansion Lane itself. Disabled parking There are three bays on Mansion Lane. Paths and entrances Entrances to the park and all paths are wheelchair accessible.
