Join our Librarian team to learn the basics of African-Caribbean family history research. This is an introductory session for complete beginners and will primarily cover online resources, such as Ancestry.co.uk, and how you can get the most from them. We will explore both English and Caribbean databases - such as Census returns, the Birth, Marriage and Death index, parish records and slave registers.
Free but booking required - attendees will receive an email prior to the session with more details and a link for accessing the talk online. Please leave your email address when registering, or we will not be able to send you those instructions.
