The launch of this year’s Hidden Stories programme takes place against a backdrop of heart-breaking violence in Palestine and Israel.

We believe the current situation makes the Festival more important than ever.

Our varied programme offers insight into many well-hidden stories of Israel and Palestine. It includes drama, documentary and animation films, as well as a choir presentation, lost resistance music and an embroidery workshop. 

All events will be calm and safe spaces for reflection, illumination and discussion. Our aims are to help deepen understanding of the root causes of the present violence, and better appreciate our shared humanity.
