Seven Day Sadhana

‘Sadhana’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘a dedicated practice’ or ‘a means of accomplishing something’.
A Sadhana is a spiritual practice that sets you up for the day, cements your intentions and leads to a more awakened life. Each morning for 7 days, Collette will lead you in sequence of mantra, kriya, pranayama, meditation and contemplation with the chance to journal and practice your own short asana. All designed to empower you and activate a consistent daily practice.
You will also be invited into a 40 day Sadhana, giving you the chance to extend your practices beyond the duration of the course.
