A fun evening to celebrate International Women's Day in the Gate House Cafe rescheduled from Thursday 8 March due to the unexpected snow! There will be a chance to have a guided tour of the 'A Woman's Place?' exhibition, make some fabric badges with textile Hayley Mills-Styles, and to explore some of the museum and collections, including our archive of Leonora Cohen the Leeds Suffragette.

We are also very lucky to have the Vera Media film ‘Yorkshirewomen of the Century’ and have Rachel Reeves talk to us about Alice Bacon, the first Leeds MP.

There will be a collection of sanitary items for Freedom4girls.
